# MetriData

> MetriData LLC is a Salt Lake City, Utah team of functional data consultants and Microsoft Azure specialists. We learn how a business runs, then organize its data, build reporting, and train AI on the business so leaders can see what is happening and plan what is next.

## What we do
- Data strategy and roadmaps, decision support, planning and prioritization
- Metric smithing: designing the KPIs and scorecards that matter for each role
- Microsoft Azure data platforms: Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI
- Integrations and data pipelines that keep systems in sync
- AI readiness: organizing and cleaning data, connecting AI to business databases, and training it on the business's metrics, terms and goals ("garbage in, garbage out")
- Training for client teams (Power BI, SQL, data literacy)

## How we work
- Functional consultants: we start with business processes, then shape data and systems to fit
- Agile: short sprints with a working result every two weeks
- First 30 days: kickoff call, data map, one quick win, and a 90-day roadmap
