For bigger builds like a data warehouse, pipelines, integrations or a full reporting system, we use Service Points. You get a fixed pool of points for the whole system, built in milestones and maintained by us.

Common questions

What is a functional consultant?

Someone who understands both how your business works and how your data systems work. We start with your goals and processes, then make the technology serve them.

When can I reach my expert?

Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Mountain, by email, phone, Teams or video call. We reply within one business day. Your expert already knows your setup, so you don't have to explain it each time.

How fast can we start?

Usually within a week. Sign online, book your kickoff, and we'll have a first quick win inside your first month.

Can I cancel or change plans?

Yes. It's month to month. Tell us in writing before the next month to cancel, or to move to a larger plan.

What are Service Points?

For build projects, we price the whole system as a pool of points instead of hours. Each component (a database, pipeline, integration or report) has a point value, and points are used only when that component goes live. You know the cost up front and see progress at every milestone.

Should I choose Expert Starter or a project?

Expert Starter is best for ongoing help across your data environment. Choose a Service Points project when you need a defined system built and maintained. Many clients start with Expert Starter and add a project once the roadmap is clear.

Do unused hours roll over?

No. We plan each month with you so your hours go to your top priorities.

What do we keep when we're done?

Everything: our recommendations, documentation and anything we build for you belong to your company. We also train your team along the way, so the knowledge stays in-house.

How does billing work?

We send one invoice at the end of each month, due within 30 days.
