You can contact us at anytime, we are happy to answer any questions you may have.
How long does the subscription last?
Subscriptions start at the beginning of each month and run to the end.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel or pause your subscription by contacting us and requesting it at any time before the next month.
I started a subscription, what happens next?
We will contact you to get proverbial BI ball rolling. Our coaches will have a lot of questions for you to learn about the inner workings of the business in order to plot the best course of action
Can I change my subscription?
Sure, you can upgrade or downgrade by contacting us before the subscription expires.
How is payment handled?
We will invoice for services at the end of each month. You can pay by check or setup a bank transfer with us.
Do unused hours roll over to the next subscription?
They do not. However, we make sure you get everything promised in your subscription including the hours promised. Additionally, you may pause the subscription and resume it down the road.
What if I need more help beyond my plan?
We will add hours at the same effective rate if needed. You can also upgrade at anytime.
